You will play a crucial role in supporting the distributors and team on client origination and project management/coordination. • Schedule meetings in Outlook & CRM, collect, analyse and input data of potential clients into CRM.
• Support marketing efforts by preparing materials and managing regular outreach to investors/clients.
• Support investor meetings for client’s roadshows (physical and virtual), including trip logistics such as booking flights, accommodation, meeting venues, handling expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensure all communications between the team, Clients and Investors, are captured in the CRM.
• Ensure marketing materials are always readily available.
• Liaise with internal function on team’s operational needs including but not limited to travel arrangements, expense reimbursement and any other logistics.
