This role reports to the General Manager of the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process requirements for the department

· Update data entries in Business Central and ensure accurate records

· Prepare quotations, sales orders to submit on behalf of the department

· Verify invoice and tally against purchase order and delivery order for management’s approval before submitting invoices for payment

· Provide support for customer service, follow up on delivery schedule and update customers in a timely manner

· Compile monthly service reports

· General administrative duties to support the Service Department

Requirements:

· Minimum O or N Levels equivalent qualification

· Minimum 2-3 years of administrative / purchasing experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

· Experience with ERP system preferred, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Willing to learn, organised and meticulous with data entry and has the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, and networked or wireless systems.
• Perform on-site installations, oversee continual improvement programs, carry out parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
• Act as the company's liaison with customers on both administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics and communicate with customers regarding equipment-related issues.
• Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions to resolve their concerns.
• Monitor product performance, provide regular updates, and report feedback on customer service requests.
• Report recurring customer complaints to management for future resolution and reference.

Requirements:

• Must Have:Minimum Poly Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  At least 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.
• A highly motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Willing to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, or public holidays.
