Job Description:
* Operate machines and perform LASIK related tests on ophthalmic equipment (e.g. Intralase, Excimer) in the operating theatre and the diagnostic room
* Ensure the operating theatre is in optimal condition for surgeries and that machines/equipment are functioning smoothly
* Prepare LASIK case notes at least a day before the surgery
* Arrange routine maintenance of equipment/fixtures (e.g. Intralase, Excimer, Dehumidifier, and OT doors)
* Perform front counter duties including patient registration, dispensing, booking of operating theatres, collection of payment, providing financial counselling, handling of enquiries through phone calls or email, and appointment fixing
* Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

JOB SCOPE

As a Pool Guest Service Agent, you will be part of the team operating one of the world’s most iconic and Instragramable Infinity Pool. Being a Pool Guest Service Agent, you will deliver the highest level of guest service to ensure guest experience a luxurious and leave them with an unforgettable memories.

The role will require you to perform and enhance multiple guest’s experience of the Infinity Pool from welcoming all guest, walking all guest to their sun beds area, setting up guest’s sun beds, providing guest with a fresh towel, introducing guest to the offerings / directional of the areas at the same time ensuring their stay at the Infinity Pool was a memorable and everlasting experience.

Operational Related

• Warmly welcome and engage all guests visiting the Infinity Pool.
• Share a quick introduction of the offerings available while escorting guests to their dedicated sun beds.
• Provide exceptional service and create a memorable experience for all guests.
• Set up and maintain the available sun beds, ensuring that they are ready for the next guests.
• Take and process food and beverages orders.
• Interact with guests and answer their inquiries appropriately.
• Process guests’ requests. Own and communicate requests that are not directly related to the Infinity Pool, to the respective department and ensure that the requests are fulfilled.
• Conduct tours at the Infinity Pool.
• Ensure the availability of fresh towels, and present them to the guests.
• Maintain and ensure that the towel distribution counter and return bins are neat and presentable.
• Ensure that the Infinity Pool deck area is clean and presentable.
• Ensure adherence to Company policy for access to the Infinity Pool
• Bid all guests with a fond farewell upon their departure.

Departmental Related

• Be familiar with the local community and major events in town, and make appropriate recommendations to guests to enhance their stay.
• Maintains close liaison with all other Departments to have a good understanding of other Departments’ operational flow, thus ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor activities in the Infinity Pool and report any suspicious characters, items or/and activities to the Manager.
• Perform administrative duties as requested such as filing of reports.
• Contribute ideas to improving the operations of Pools & Recreation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience in the same capacity is an advantage.
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.

Ops COO – Nostro Recon Unit is the nostro reconciliation hub for DBS group. The unit has two main functions: - Nostro accounts reconciliation & the Business Management Support (BMS) that manages static data, feeds processes and production of daily MIS.

Responsibilities

The Analyst role is to support the Business Management Support (BMS) team in day-to-day management of data and feeds in our reconciliation system, as well as exception handling.

Daily Operations Duties

• Manage and maintain reconciliation system, including but not limited to static data updates, statement data upload and upstream data feeds monitoring.
• Ensure timely receipt and validation of message feeds, addressing exceptions and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee the timely generation of scheduled MIS reports.
• Analyse, develop, test, and implement automated reconciliation rules to drive reconciliation productivity.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve exceptions, errors, and abnormal issues during daily processing.
• Provide prompt response to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders especially on account on boarding and MIS related matters.
• Develop a strong understanding of recon data workflows and office systems, proposing improvements to reduce operational risks and enhance productivity.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly nostro breaks escalation reports to senior management.
• Conduct monthly validation on account interests, service charges, and general ledger (GL) attestation activities.

Project Management Duties

• Participate in projects involving upstream system changes/new business initiatives, analyse reconciliation requirements, support various testing cycles and testing outcome analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to address issues identified during testing and liaise with stakeholders when necessary.

Key Accountabilities

• Process re-engineering achieving standardization and improvement in controls.
• Enhancement of auto matching rules to achieve productivity.
• Ability to work well with stakeholders across different business and countries.
• Oversee daily production activities and assigned project work independently.

• Must be of sufficient maturity and experience to be able to independently engage Tech Support & Business Unit on BAU matters as well as to escalate and articulate issues and proposed resolutions
• Good command of software skills, MS Office etc. Knowledge of SQL, Python will be beneficial
