• Assist in dispensing medications as prescribed by the doctors under the supervision of the Centre Manager
• In charge of the drug’s inventories by ensuring sufficient drugs are maintained at all times, drugs with near expiry date are exchanged and/or written off and the pharmacy is properly kept and maintained
• Assist Finance department in conducting the monthly inventory count
• Assist in front counter duties including but not limited to processing of patients’ registration, arranging doctors’ schedules, calling of patients to remind them of their appointment, cashiering duties and maintaining patients’ relations generally;
• Raise purchase requisition and purchase order when stock balance reaches reorder level
• Familiarity with the medication available in clinic, and related companies
• Serves as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects and dosage
• General administrative duties such as filing of patients report etc;
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Manager or his / her nominee

Requirement:

· Minimum 5 years of Production Support experience

· Minimum Java development skills will be added advantage.

Key responsibilities

· Provide L2 support for banking applications and systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

· Monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure uptime and availability of services.

· Handle incident tickets, escalations, and ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with SLAs.

· Work closely with L1 support to ensure a seamless escalation process for complex issues.

· Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve recurring issues or system bugs.

· Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements.

· Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

This position needs shift work, 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am.

Order Processing:

• Process sales orders in the ERP based on the sales order received.

We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Building Automation team in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take care of maintenance and servicing scope for contract site, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS)
• Validate customer request
• Educate customer and field technicians
• Write documentation used by field technicians
• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
• Support Managers to delivers the management KPI and ensuring to deliver the Contract requirements and value to Honeywell clients

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education with significant relevant experience.

• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS), and Controller Programming such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Chiller Programming, etc.

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for:

Duties

• Assist customers with daily cargo bookings for our diverse airline products, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Handle the booking of capacity with airlines and confirm these arrangements with customers.
• Understand the specific requirements of our various airline products to provide appropriate advice to customers.
• Support the administration of cargo bookings by entering flight reservations into the system and maintaining accurate data updates.
