Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to Medical Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to medical products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare solutions, via phone, email, or chat in Korean
• Provide Accurate Information: Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant, and clear responses based on company-provided product information, training, and regulatory guidelines.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with product-related issues, including usage instructions, adverse event reporting, and troubleshooting product concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant records of all customer interactions and inquiries in the company’s CRM or database systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all communications meet company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Training: Stay updated on product knowledge, company protocols, and industry regulations through ongoing training sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Life Science / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Nursing or any related discipline
• Minimum 3 year experience in Customer Service or similar functions
• Proficiency in Korean Language as this role requires you to liaise with customers based in Korea
• Strong in communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• Conduct lessons in accordance with Centre curriculum.
• Plan and deliver Chinese language composition writing and Chinese language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Plan and develop teaching materials.
• Prepare student progress report.
• Assist in centre events and activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents by providing regular updates on students.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 2 years of Singapore teaching / working experience.
• 5 days a week (required to work on Saturday & Sunday) .

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive, Air Freight:

• Handle export inquiries and coordinate collection arrangements with shippers.
• Liaise with sales, destination offices, and finance for approvals, rates, and payment matters.
• Work with Vendor Management, air freight planners, and import teams for shipment logistics.
• Manage export permits and coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling and storage.
• Provide shipping instructions in collaboration with the export operations team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Min 1 year of experience in Air Freight Operations
• Comfortable to work with alternate Saturday
