As a service ambassador member, you will assist in serving drinks and food. You will also be expected to manage the cashier and assist in other grocer operations whenever necessary.

Depending on the shifts provided, you will also be assisting in front-of-house operations to setup, and close the space of our outlet, ensuring that proper hygiene standards are met.

Job Description

· To support the outlet manager in running the operation.

· To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department

· Serve food and beverages to the tables

· Provide excellent customer service to customers

· A responsible and independent individual who is able to upkeep the standard of service at our cafe.

· Someone who is able to react quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment

· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirement

· Prefer to Have Food Hygiene Cert

The role requires the incumbent to provide support for in-house applications, ensuring their smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.

The individual will also analyze business processes to recommend enhancements and optimizations, prepare relevant documentation, and carry out user acceptance testing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for in-house applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
• Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams, and system specifications.
• Carry out user acceptance testing independently and with users.
• Function as a project manager when required, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC.
• Other Requirements:Good knowledge of ERP, Sales Order, Finance, and MRP applications.
  Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
  Possesses good interpersonal skills; project management experience is an advantage.
  Demonstrates analytical and multi-tasking capabilities.
  Able to work independently, be a good team player, and communicate effectively at all levels.
