Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Executive to join our team in our luxury automotive marques.
The Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, managing service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Main Job Description
- Providing 1st level support to the Customer Service Officer/s in day-to-day operations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all customer interactions and service transactions.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary parts and accessories.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided and address any additional needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and service procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist Management in implementing customer service initiatives and process improvements to enhance the overall service experience.
- Responsible for the CRM database for Aftersales – to be the key executor of all Aftersales Marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Aftersales Manager & Lamborghini Principal.
- Adhere to brand compliance, safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized service area.
- To provide full cooperation for all ad-hoc matters that may be required as and when.
- Alternate Saturday work arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive
certification will be a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the
automotive industry. (Preferably from Continental brands)
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Neat and pleasant appearances and mannerism.
