Sales Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Daily tasks include handling of sales enquiries, preparation of quotation and sales report, conducting customer visits, perform product sales and technical presentations, attend to customer’s query on product technical and quality issues, implementing marketing activities
· Provide technical consultation to customers through understanding customers requirements and recommending the most suitable solutions and services.
· Understanding markets situation, trends, customer’s changing requirements to develop sales strategies and action plans
· Representing the Company in a professional manner and establishing good rapport and business relationship with our customers, suppliers and principals
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field with at least 2 years sales experience.
· Prior working experience, application knowledge or experience in electrical power components and switchgears an added advantage
· Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skill
· Good team player, self‐driven and ability to work under pressure
· Aggressive, proactive, initiative and responsible person
· Good consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities
