We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Lead to support their banking APAC network infrastructure portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the APAC network infrastructure team

- Manage the lifecycle of network components, from planning to decommissioning

- Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with network service providers and hardware vendors

Job Scope:

• Assist in developing and executing BIM Executive plan for company level and project level;
• Review, develop and maintain office BIM documentation standards;
• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects requiring Building Integrated Modelling (BIM) and ensure completeness and accuracy of the BIM model and drawings;
• BIM coordination with client and external consultants;
• BIM training and supervision of staff for BIM matters.

Detailed Job Description:

• Be technically proficient in prevailing BIM standards and to maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM best practices;
• To develop or co-author office BIM standards;
• Ensure that the firm performs within set technical guidelines by providing or co-authoring standard operating procedures;

Job Description

• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds
• Develop strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholder including fund managers, investors, auditors, tax agents etc

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.
