Job Description
Our client looking for an Operations Manager who is proactive, organized and meticulous to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office cum warehouse.
Ā· Good time management skills
Ā· Excellent communication and coordination skills with 3PL team( third party logistics team), internal logistics & operations team, other broader team based overseas
Ā· Able to handle day to day logistics and supervision of the same
Ā· Ability to handle desk-bound, routine work
Ā· Raising of Invoices and Packing slips from customised software (Training will be provided).
Ā· Good working knowledge in Word, Excel
Ā· Proactivity in finding ways to improve work process flows
Ā· Documentation & Filing
Ā· It may involve visits to Singapore for bank submissions
Ā· Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Weāre looking for someone with:
Ā· Minimum 3 years of experience working with background of logistics
Ā· Hands on attitude
Ā· Attention to detail
Ā· Independence, taking initiative and can work with minimal supervision
Ā· Grit, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Ā· Strong work ethic, care deeply about doing things well
