Job Responsibilities

Overall Project Management:

• Oversee project planning, documentation, timelines, and budget management.

Coordination of Quality Section in Dossiers:

Job Requirements

Job Description

You will be part of the NUS College administrative team working closely with the Vice Dean (Outreach) as well as team leads and team members to oversee, optimise and strengthen administrative processes throughout the Outreach pillar, and provide support in selected outreach efforts. The incumbent is expected to develop internal policies and procedures, establish and implement robust administrative systems, and ensure audit compliance for these systems, including systems related to undergraduate admissions processes. Duties and Responsibilities

Admissions

• Oversee and establish proper file systems and workflows for the NUS College admissions process, focusing in particular on optimising existing workflows and allowing multiple team members to work together, as well as on audit compliance for the entire admissions process, including the end-to-end processing of applications from thousands of candidates and following through until accepted students matriculate
• Lead in internal and external audit reviews
• Oversee the processes required to support the Vice Dean on decisions for international students, especially at the final stages of the admissions cycle

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels.
