*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine NavCom Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of a wide range of marine navigation and communication systems, including but not limited to MARINE RADAR systems, chartplotters, ECDIS, AIS, VDR, VHF radios, MF/HF SSB, autopilots, and maritime IT equipment. Responsibilities:

• Manage clients’ relations and build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities.
• Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify leads and lead new business opportunities to expand distribution channels / networks.
• To exceed or achieve monthly sales targets / new business development served in the assigned area.
• Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
• Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
• Take initiative in implementing best practices to perform duties.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in foodservice sales or business development within FMCG or Seafood industry
• Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Min. Diploma in business or related field

Salary range offered: $3,000 to $3,200
