The role holder is responsible to serve as a HR partner to the Principals, Country Director & Management on HR-related issues for

International School under GSG in Singapore. The role holder will play a crucial role in promoting a positive work environment and

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

•  Leads the HR function within the country for all the campuses of the school.
•  Supervises, develops, and provides guidance to the HR team for all the campuses.

Functional

•  Advises the Principals and Country Director on HR matters in the country for all the campuses of the school.
•  Manage all HR aspects: talent attraction and selection, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and rewards, talent management and learning and development, employee engagement, offboarding and regulatory laws of Singapore.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; Preferable Postgraduate/MBA in Human Resource Management
• Experience 12-15 years of experience in HR with at least 5-7 years of HR experience handling an HRBP role within Singapore, preferably in the education industry.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
