Location & Work hours

The job location is BullionStar's bullion shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.

5-day work week, 1 Saturday inclusive.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,700 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.

About the role

You will be working in one of the trendiness café with modern decorations and professional environment. As a Tearista/Counter Crew, your key role is to take orders, prepare and serve up delicious drinks and/or food to our customers. • To raise any Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) if necessary
• Review of Daily Transaction Vouchers
• Stock Control – Custodian for Cashier’s Orders, Savings Passbooks, MLI Cards, Captured MLI/Credit Cards, Cheque Books and any others pending clients’ collection.
• Ensure all Drafts application, Telegraphic Transfer applications, standing instruction, GIRO, Payplus, Clients’ Requests are scanned / batched with appropriate authorization to relevant departments for processing on time
• Collate data/information related to branch reporting.- Accurate & Timely Submission
• Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Returns where applicable
• Reporting of any other Ad hoc information required from time to time
• Assist in answering phones, general enquiries and investigations.

Limits Management

• Ensure the overall cash is within the Branch Cash Holding limits (end of day Branch limits)
• Ensure all Client Experience Representative (CER)/ Senior Client Experience Representative (CER) do not exceed intra-day limit /end of day cash limit
• Maintenance of Cash position in all auxiliary Services – ATM/CDM
• Escalate in the event of breaching branch cash holding limits to Branch Manager. Inform also via email the Head, Branch Operations and provide reasons / justifications on the breach
• Raise RMS for change of transaction limits when necessary (e.g. upgrade from CL5 to CL4)

Approvals, Controls & Reconciliations

• Ensure dual control operation of the Cash Vault/ATM/CDM
• Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
• Approve movement of cash to and from vault with Senior CER under dual control and confirm denomination and value input in eBranch System
• Approve cash indent and return to MAS/Battery Road Branch via CISCO
• Perform Surprise Cash Checks at a pre-determined frequency
• Daily reconciliation of physical cash in Vault/ATM/CDM with - Senior CER under dual control
• Perform daily checks (random sample of 5% or 5, whichever is lower) on signature verification, transaction validation and technical details for each CER/ Senior CER’s Debit transactions within the CER/ Senior CER’s limit and sign off on the vouchers as evidence of checks.

Management of Service Delivery

• Ensure clients are being served within stipulated standard (refer to scorecard)
• Assist clients in queries; handling feedbacks, complaints that are escalated by CER/Sales staff which includes escalated exceptional investigations and queries and liaising with other functions/department

Referrals

• Generate new sales opportunities by proactively referring client with banking needs to respective Sales Staff for cross-selling & upselling, (except insurance and investment)
• To activate, educate & direct clients to utilise digital/self service terminal (SST) channels

Compliance / Operational Risk

• Dual Control to be observed at all times
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Line Manager & Transaction Monitoring Unit.

Job Description:

This role will have responsibility for leading the team that makes every customer in their Major Area committed to ServiceNow for life and have the ability to marshal all customer resources to address any customer satisfaction, adoption, professional services, or renewal challenges within their Major Area, resulting in clear accountability, consistent service and one face to the customer.

This role also carries the lead responsibility for Customer Satisfaction and Success through the sale and delivery of our Impact and Services products and add-ons, as well as the relationship with Partners -- all of which are critical to the company’s short and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Owns the overall success, renewal and growth for all customers in a defined Major Area
• Drives the alignment of customer success, expert services and transformational resources through adoption of innovative offers combined with market leading solutions that accelerate business value for our customers
• Focus on customer intimacy to deliver business impact and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding our customers’ key business issues and opportunities
• Create evangelists by listening to customers closely and delighting them with our user experience and service
• Create growth opportunities with new product features and enhancement information
• Build and nurture C-level relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper
• Create a consistent and valued customer experience developing and scaling repeatable methodologies and proven best practices
• Work closely with the Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans and strategies to drive License Agreements, expert services and customer success. This will also require territory and portfolio planning alignment with Sales.
• Establish relationships with leadership across sales, solution consulting, services, product, channel, and support leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment at scale
• Effectively build and establish relationships with partner consulting organizations to enable a go-to- market strategy
• Manage and achieve key business metrics including bookings, revenue, P&L, utilization, and expenses
• Customer obsessed mindset in driving value and NPS across all CEG pillars
• Be an inspirational leader and create a vibrant, inclusive culture that inspires people to do their best work. Provide Coaching, mentoring and an environment for growth, development and feedback to ensure the right skills and resources are in place for success.

Qualifications:

Background and Experience

• A track record for building and growing a world-class organization through talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention, characterized by high productivity and excellent morale
• Proven market experience for the nominated Major Area
• Experience with the enterprise and demonstrated leadership to make rapid decisions and problem-solving in this environment.
• Excels in navigating a highly collaborative and highly matrixed environment
• Proven experience building and running a business with the right operational skills
• Proven track record working with Product Management to deliver customer functionality – in this case to drive adoption
• Demonstrated success in building a Services, Customer Engagement or Partner Engagement function

Desired Skills/Experiences

• Broad-based business and technology professional with 15+ years of experience leading a large, high-growth organization delivering software based business solutions to large and small enterprises in the areas of Sales, Marketing, or Services and Support
• 15+ years of work experience in a leadership position
• 10+ years of work experience in enterprise software within the nominated Major Area / Market
• 5+ years in experience in customer success or related role
• Strong P&L experience within a $15Bn+ enterprise

Customer Relationship Management:
