Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. Role Purpose:

Enquiry Handling

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of communication, both internal and external, along with the proper execution of customer orders from initial inquiry through delivery of product on domestic and international sales. The Sales desk must contribute to the planning, direction, and coordination of the sales and customer service efforts of the Company for generating revenue and profits respectively.

DUTIES:
