• Assist in product support for end users
• Coordinate with team members to resolve reported problems by end users within SLA

Qualifications

Experience

About the role

You will be working in one of the trendiness café with modern decorations and professional environment. The Service Crew/Captain is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inventory, addressing customer feedback, and collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver a pleasant dining experience.
