• Provide prompt, friendly and courteous front-line and admin services to patients such as to answer phone calls, arrange for appointments, transfer calls, collect payment, attend to patient’s general enquiries etc.
• You will also have to chaperon patients and doctors, assist the doctor in the consultation room, assist to take height and weight etc.
• You also have to engage in some administrative handlings on a departmental level
