Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our offline and online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing sales lines, driving the development of new sales opportunities, and executing strategies aligned with company management's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:Oversee and maintain current sales lines to ensure consistent revenue.
   Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach.
   Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
   Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
   
2. Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement marketing plans for offline and online projects.
   Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
   Collaborate with design teams to create engaging marketing materials.
   Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
   
3. Product Promotion:Promote the company’s product lines, including toilet bidets and smart home products, to existing and potential customers.
   Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
   Develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
   
4. Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to align sales and marketing efforts.
   Provide training and guidance to sales team members as needed.
   
5. New Business Development:Under management's guidance, spearhead initiatives to diversify the product portfolio and explore new sales channels.
   Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the home and living products sector.
• Strong knowledge of both offline and online sales strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market trends.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, develop and implement optimal strategies and business plans for system / solution / service sales to achieve sales growth, market development and strong relationship building in assigned accounts
• Cultivate robust, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationship with customers through industry knowledge sharing in the areas of defense / security / critical infrastructure related industry
• Ensure a holistic account understanding and have alignment to R&S sales strategies and initiatives
• Make presentations on solution level to related industry and customers to drive requirements and projects
• Establish contact, business development, mediation of relevant accounts to generate desired opportunities
• Work closely with Headquarters on complete system solutions / configurations, pricing and sales and business strategies for projects
• Participate in bidding activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and products meet tender requirements
• Recommend and schedule Product / Application Specialist and Customer Support Engineer to interface with the customer to achieve customer satisfaction
• Work closely with aftermarket Sales & Service team(s) on installation, delivery and commissioning of equipment / system
• Accompany end-users on key / strategic sales calls, customer visits, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and any other activities required to execute the business strategy
• Participate in forecast meetings, as well as prepare and maintain forecast information for dedicated accounts
• To work with key internal stakeholders to develop strategies which addresses access and growth of accounts
• Regular reporting on sales and activity and competitor information
• To support the country Managing Director in developing market exploitation strategies and to implement agreed strategies
• Monitor and perform market intelligence and analysis on competitors’ behavior / tactics / strategies / policy / pricing and report details to Management as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or related fields
• At least 6 years of relevant sales, management, account management and marketing experience in a related industry
• Technical knowledge about defense / security / critical infrastructure related industry and procurement processes
• Strong partner management and business development skills
• Strong customer focus, sales and results driven, self-motivated and committed
• Resourceful, pro-active and independent with trong presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective ability to work with people of different levels to address issues and to attain amicable solutions
• Strong interest to learn about technology and engineering solutions

• Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
• Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
• Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
• Managing local area networks, installing and maintaining routers, generating email addresses, and creating passwords and backups
• Develop solutions following defined standards and high quality
• Creating, executing, and maintaining company database

Candidates for this position usually have five or more years of experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers across an organization. Often, companies look for candidates with expertise in ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or NetSuite, as well as a PMP certification and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance or a related field.

Typical Duties of an ERP Project Manager:

• Overseeing the planning, development and integration of ERP systems
• Managing the functionality of new ERP systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems
• Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with ERP systems
• Taking budgetary responsibility for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the steering committee
