Role Purpose:

Standard For Collection And Handling Of Income

• Handles payment received from examination registrations.
• Responsible for generating and issuing payment links to customers for any required fees or charges.

• Verifies payment completion before proceeding with the requested service or action.

Accurate Databases / Records, and Projects

• All databases and records, and information files are kept up to date in line with requirements outlined by AM – Customer Service.

• Responsible for updating relevant knowledge files and databases /web/ design posters in line with requirements outlined by AM-CS.

About the Job

We are looking for an Account and Service Delivery Manager with strong customer service orientation, drive and passion to help enterprise customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

You will help to establish Deutsche Telekom as a critical business partner, building a sustainable reputation around our solutions and in the way we do business and drive our growth in the Asia region. This business-critical role develops corporate relationships, drives growth opportunities and delivers positive outcomes for our customers and organisation. What will be your responsibilities:

· Strategically developing sales and account strategies for new key accounts and Global accounts;

· Steering the preparation of quotations and assuming responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from needs analysis through to steering after sales activities;

· Negotiating and concluding contracts at top management level;

· Strategically improving customer relationships; preparing for and following up on interactions with customers;

· Planning and carrying out measures to support, retain, and win back customers;

· Coordinating project/sales teams and functional units;

· Actively advising customers on and selling products, services, and complex, client-oriented solutions;

· Acting as a point of contact for the top management level regarding all contract- and product-related issues.

· Ensuring the entire service delivery process the best possible use and performance of the system for the customer; managing the entire life cycle of a service;

Highlighting the delivery performance in terms of professionality, quality, and costs, and agreeing quality and efficiency improvement measures;

· Taking account of additional legal, regulatory, country specific security-relevant requirements;

· Assuming responsibility for performing and complying with service level agreements through continuous monitoring of the KPIs and for initiating corrective actions;

· Holding SLA review meetings with customers on a regular basis;

· Acting as lead incident, lead problem, and escalation manager; Coordinating solutions to problems and settling disputes with relevant functional units;

· Assuming responsibility for conducting performance discussions with service providers and deriving measures to improve performance;

· Preparing service provider reviews by analyzing reports and devising templates, reports, and concept proposals.

· Managing complex projects;

· Any other tasks as assigned.

Profile of candidate

• Track record of managing global client relationships with identified opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
• Strong understanding of TC services (SD WAN, SASE, Unified Communication & Collaboration, IPVN and other telecommunication products & Solutions) and in optimizing service delivery processes for efficient and effectiveness
• Excellent verbal and written communication to facilitate clear interactions with clients, partners and functional groups
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and service level agreements
• Flexible in responding to changing client demands and unexpected challenges
• Strong skills in managing and resolving conflicts that may arise during service delivery
• Team player, able to work effectively cross functionally with senior management and with local and cross border team members
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

The Case Manager for the Youth Service plays a pivotal role in driving positive change for individuals, families, and communities facing transitional challenges. This position involves providing direct services to clients and facilitating rehabilitation and reintegration efforts.

The primary scope of this role focuses on the Reformative Training Centre (Singapore Prison Service), with opportunities to engage in community outreach programs, the Singapore Boys’ Home, and other initiatives assigned by the Head of Department.

The Case Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing intervention plans based on professional knowledge, conducting casework, and leading various community development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their families/caregivers.

· Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

· Manage case plans, including regular reviews, follow-ups, and accurate documentation.

· Facilitate group programs, including psycho-educational and therapeutic sessions.

Requirements

· A minimum of a graduate diploma or degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. A diploma in the same field with strong relevant experience may be considered.

· At least two years of case management experience, with a focus on at-risk youth, is highly preferred.

· Ability to work within time-based programs to achieve desired outcomes.

· Self-motivated, able to work independently, and an effective team player.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with youth-at-risk, young offenders, and their families.

· Skilled in case assessment, engagement, intervention planning, and prompt reporting.

· Experience designing, planning, implementing, and managing group work and programs, particularly in prison, youth centre, or residential facility settings.

· Knowledge of community trends and best practices to improve program impact.

· Preferably trained in FAST (Family and Adult Support Tool) and/or YLS/CMI (Youth Level of Service/Case Management Inventory).

· Proficiency in English; ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Malay is a plus.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. Armed with a strategic focus and experience in application infrastructure resiliency as well as operational stability the candidate is expected to lead the swift service recovery from complex incidents and managing disaster recovery ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction in IT service delivery. This position is crucial in ensuring operational stability, which includes leading improvements through process review/transformation and implementation of new initiatives and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of critical incidents, facilitating resolution with the parties involved, and conducting thorough root cause analyses and post-incident reviews to boost system resilience.

•Transforming and driving operational excellence and system resilience by proactively preventing defects and eliminating inefficiencies in current processes.

•Continuously review the governance and processes of IT Service Management, proposing improvements or new methods to maintain operational agility and stability.

•Providing technical leadership and training to ITSM teams, including offshore resources, and mentoring them in their professional development.

•Align ITSM ITIL practices with various IT teams to prepare them for operational readiness, and managing changes and incidents to maintain efficient service delivery and system resilience.

Requirements

•Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields with Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/Service Integration and Management (SIAM) certification

•At least 8-10 yrs of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management inclusive of at least 3 years in leadership role

•Proven proficiency in utilizing Agile methodologies for operations management.

•Certification in Business Continuity Management (BCM) is preferred but not mandatory

•Knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform are preferred, with certifications in ITSM CAS, CAD, or CIS considered a bonus.

•Familiarity with network and cloud technologies (public, private), including Linux, Wintel, VMware, and DevOps.

•Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, JIRA, and Confluence, and monitoring/orchestration platforms like ScienceLogic, Splunk, and APM.

•Ability to:

•Provide strategic direction and leadership to the service management team and influence management decisions with technical insight.
