Position Overview:
The Manager, Senior Care Division (Strategy & Development) is responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of PCF Sparkle Care. Key duties include assisting in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and staying updated on industry trends. The role involves leading partnership development, drafting partnership agreements, and ensuring effective collaboration with external partners. Additionally, the manager coordinates internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery and supports the overall goals of the organization. This position requires strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in eldercare, healthcare, or social work.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Development:
- Assist the Head of Strategy & Development in formulating and executing growth strategies, identifying opportunities for service expansion, improvement, and innovation in eldercare.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for PCF Sparkle Care, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives and community needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain PCF Sparkle Care's position as a leader in the eldercare sector.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish new strategic partnerships that align with the company's mission, objectives, and long-term goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, senior care organizations, non-profits, and community leaders.
Project Management & Measurement:
- Coordinate the seamless functioning of core partnerships and corporate projects.
- Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure that all partnership agreements align with the organisation’s objectives.
- Monitor and report on the success of initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Other Responsibilities:
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Qualifications:
- Degree Holder, preferably in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in eldercare or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and partnership development within the healthcare, eldercare or related sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and team-building abilities for effective project management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Competence in managing cross-functional teams and processes to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
