A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

Responsible for development and implementation of sourcing initiatives. Manage the incoming RFQs / RFPs to provide the required information in a timely, competitive, and qualitative manor. Develop and implement new sourcing and purchasing strategies for the region.

B. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives for MedSupply International (APAC) from stakeholder needs analysis to supplier management.
• This role will have a particular focus on, but not limited to, medical products, e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Medical Consumables/Devices and Medical Equipment.
• Help introduce and manage alternative sourcing methodologies for MedSupply International (APAC)
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
• Responsible for timely and accurate RFQ process.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, working closely with the procurement team.
• Manage supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• This role requires partnership and collaboration with other business units, Quality Assurance, Operations Finance, Pricing, Product Marketing and Sales functions across a varied cross-matrix organization to win new business or retain existing business.
• Propose and implement new ways of conducting business more effectively.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Solid understanding of strategic sourcing business practices with strong negotiation skills.
• Knowhow of how healthcare tender business runs.
• Experience in working closely with Global Healthcare organizations with be beneficial.
• Technical knowledge of medical product, eg, Medical Consumables and Equipment
• Knowhow of how RFP to RFQ events are organized, managed and concluded;
• Knowledge of inventory processes, BOM set up and MRP logic.

Required Work Experience:

• Ideally, background in medical equipment, device or pharmaceutical sectors; past exposure to contract negotiation and drafting to support global Sourcing agenda.
• Experience in strategic sourcing including driving successful implementation of strategies as well as provide tactical level support.
• Work exposure in international environment: successful track record in working across cultures

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our expanding construction team. The candidate will be responsible for the overall construction on the interior project assigned and co-ordination of the various stakeholders from clients to the various sub trade works. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge and experience to lead and engage with design professionals, consultants, clients while successfully directing the site team and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and project budget.

Candidate must be professional and a personable leader committed to the overall objective.

Construction Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of the project schedule.
• Review the project plans and specifications and highlight/ identify on the building design, scheduling, risks, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
• Assist and guide Quantity surveyor team in preparation of project budget.
• Preparation and set out the general conditions of project drawdown/ forecast and budget summaries for review.
• Assist in setting up required site office and equipments required.
• Ability to intelligently communicate with desig team/client as well as effectively lead the various trades of works.
• Expedite and co-ordinate with the drawing team on shopdrawings submission and approvals.
• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
• Organise, Lead and chair technical site meeting
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare and issue minutes of all site meetings
• Inform the consultant/client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions on design drawings.
• Co-ordinate and liase with sub trades/ contractors and vendors for submissions and execution of site works.
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
• Maintain change order log and informed necessary parties of potential variations.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced and adhere to.
• Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
• Issue monthly progress claims and invoicing to clients.
• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
• Ensure relevant authorities submissions are made based on project requirements and needs
• Ensure that ‘as-built’ drawings and OMM are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction perios and issue final close-out to consultants/ clients accordingly.
• Prepare and expedite on project defects lists.

Project Management Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager on interior fit out for commercial, hospitality, education, institution or industrial projects.
• Degree in construction related field.
• Proficient understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts of trade works and project sequencing.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suites.
• Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Central Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and warehouse operations within the dynamic marine industry and wind farm sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations, combined with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the offshore sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies that align with the company's objectives and support efficient operations. Ensure effective execution of full logistics scope transport planning for on-site/ on-deck deliveries /collections.
• Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers, port agencies, and partners to ensure timely, safe, and effective deployment of materials, spare parts, and equipment required for operations.
• Import/Export Control: Specializing in import-export operations including controlled equipment, you will be entrusted with overseeing the intricate and regulated movement of Fugro equipment across international borders. Your expertise will ensure compliance with relevant regulations including permits, import/export regulations and tax implication, and the safe transportation of controlled items/ equipment.
• Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory management, storage optimization, and order fulfillment, to ensure smooth safe, and efficient operations, play a pivotal role in the implementation of the 5S methodology. Your expertise in applying these principles will be critical to maintaining a high standard of excellence within our warehouses located in Asia.
• Inventory Control: Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies, manage inventory turnover, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Proper lifting equipment handling, and maintenance protect staff and help minimize downtime.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational efficiency within the business lines.
• Quality and Safety: Work with QHSSE, Project stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry regulations, Fugro safety standards/policies, and quality assurance protocols in all logistics and warehouse activities, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment onshore and offshore, ensuring the safe operation of lifting equipment to prevent accidents, injuries, and fatalities.
• Data Analysis, setting goals, and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop strategies & roadmap, evaluate logistics and warehouse performance, and present regular reports to senior management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with cross-functional teams, Service Lines, Operations, Fleet Services team, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and manage logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 8-10 years in logistics and warehouse management, with a focus on shipping/ project logistics, geotechnical engineering offshore wind or EPCI Offshore logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of marine industry logistics practices, regulations, and challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams, motivating the staff, and driving performance.
• Possess excellent and impressive communication abilities and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational/supply chain issues.
• Track record in leading and coaching a team of logistics professionals, including supervisors, coordinators, and logistics/warehouse personnel.
• Experience in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
