The Job Holder will support in building improvement capabilities and culture in the NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO), including community partners such as GPs. The Job Holder will be involved in co-developing and conducting quality improvement training for RHSO staff and community partners, as well as facilitate and coach small to large scale improvement projects through the use of appropriate tools/methodologies.

1. Deliver QI Training

• Develop training materials and resources (e.g. training guides and e-learning videos) on quality improvement

Requirements

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

Good degree in any discipline, preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Design

Prior healthcare sector experience is preferred

The Supply Chain (SC) Manager develops, conducts, and improves the in-market supply chain include but are not limited to Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the LOC and outbound to its first trade customers in order to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the commercial ambition. What You'll Be Doing

• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with the Business Development and Customer Success teams to onboard new customers onto the Fairmart platform. This will involve:
• Conducting needs assessments to understand the customer's goals and pain points
• Configuring and deploying Fairmart's solutions to meet the customer's requirements
• Providing hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth implementation process
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the onboarding or ongoing use of Fairmart's solutions. This will require:
• Collaborating with the development team to diagnose and resolve problems
• Documenting issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the onboarding process and make recommendations to the team on how to address them. This will involve:
• Analyzing customer feedback and data to pinpoint areas for improvement
• Proposing and implementing process changes to enhance the customer experience
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Business Development, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Pursuing a diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages such as Tamil or Chinese is a plus.
• Adaptability and Organization: Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize your workload effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide on-site services for new and existing customers, including equipment servicing and upgrades.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
• Update customer on the nature of service provided and recommends equipment repairs or system upgrade.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and recommends solution to customer.
• Provides technical analysis of equipment installation, modifications, and upgrade in accordance to customer’s requirements.
• Regular communication with customer to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Duties includes but not limited to equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and relocation.

Requirements & Skills:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years on site experience preferred.
• Experience in Automation and/or Robotics preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in using Solid Works and PLC programming will be an added advantage.
• Good problem solving and communication skill.
• On the job training provided.
