You’ll be leading our Customer Experience team for our Startups business across APAC & Middle East, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Customer Experience team here at Carta is a key part of the broader Corporations business unit. The Customer Service Executive is part of the customer service team running the order-to-cash flow, with key focus on ensuring internal and external customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Other working partners include other functions within the office, 3PL warehouse and so on.

Job Description:

Role Description

The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings.
