Credit applications:

· Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally. The credit worthiness of all applicants is formally checked and approval must be received from the Director of Finance.

City Ledger:

· Ensure all invoices / statements are issued on a timely basis.

Commercial Responsibilities

• Responsible for key accounts, satisfaction and intimacy with Thales: identifies the stakeholders, face-offs, continuously engages with the airline aiming at developing a strong intimacy with its key stakeholders.;
• Identify airlines' pain points, vision, relationships with competition and defines accordingly its strategy to win on each account and campaign/pursuit: face-offs, price to win, target price, required solution, required development, campaign details (T0, A/C deliveries, etc...), timing;
• Builder of the winning offer: leads the capture: drums the beat of the proposal preparation: liaise with the bid team, engineering, legal, finance, support, etc…
• Entertains the gate process in coordination with the VP Customer Success and makes sure to deliver our proposals on time, with the right technical solution and at the winning price;
• Promotes Thales IFEC solutions during trade shows and organize Sr Management Meetings with the BL's Leadership whenever required;
• Accountable for market updates and financial reporting toward the BL;

• Monitor customer spare requirement and liaise with various departments to activate, track, and expedite on the replenishment of on-site inventory upon usage.
• Act as customer account planner and point of contact for customer enquiries on material requirement.
• Initiate loan/exchange/purchase activities to support material shortages.
• Monitor EDD and AWB information and accurately update the Web portal.
• Weekly reporting at Customer operations meeting on spares status.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering Field.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Global SOC Operations, the Sr Manager of APAC SOC Operations is a role with responsibility to lead a team of compromised of SOC and Threat Intelligence staff. Proficio currently has three SOCs and our APAC location operates 24 hours a day with multiple shift conventions, plus offsite staff operating in specific customer environments. Your responsibility is to continuously improve the productivity and quality of output of the SOC, meet customer SLAs, and build a high performing team. In the portion of this role that oversees our APAC SOC Analyst team:

• Coordinate and lead global strategic initiatives to continuously provide improvements in service delivery to our customers
