Wealth Credit Management (WCM) at Citi is a newly formed business line to provide integrated end to end credit underwriting, transaction, and portfolio management in partnership with all the origination businesses of the Private Bank and Wealth Management of Citi. At the Balestier branch, despite having a higher caseload for first opinion patients, we do occasionally get referral cases. Also, we see a variety of species which can range from dogs and cats to small furries and birds as well. On a monthly basis, we do organize clinical rounds to benefit both vets and nurses to continue brushing up our knowledge and to grow as a clinic to provide high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Executive Duties:

• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, invoices, and warranty certificates etc.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and warranties professionally and promptly.
• Product listing, familiarity with photo editing is a plus

Office Manager Duties:

• Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
• Prepare reports on sales, administrative activities.
• Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
• Manage the upkeep and presentation of the showroom to ensure a clean and appealing environment for clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to organize showroom-based client meetings or presentations.

Qualifications:

• O level in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in sales support and/or office administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the furniture industry or B2B sales is a plus.

1. Job Description

- Play as Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.

- Manage the progress and milestone. Promote and control the issue & ToDo. Organize the progress report and report to client’s management. Also, manage the cost and human resource.

2. Requirements

Must understand the overall software development life cycle.

3 or more years of experience of IT related project management or Delivery Lead. (Direct and manage project development from beginning to end)

Will be able to understand and follow the process of the banking system development or implementation project.

- Japanese & English Language Skills

Must read, write and speak Japanese at a high level (native / JLPT N1 or higher) to engage with our Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Must speak English at a high level (business English) to communicate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
