A Customer Service Executive performs order processing and fulfilment tasks, and analyses customers’ needs and information to improve customer relationships and experiences. Responsibilities include keeping the client database up to date, implementing business process improvement solutions for effective customer service operations, and responding to customers’ requests and queries promptly. We are looking for responsible bus captains(40+ seaters) to provide outstanding service in transporting people between various places—including schools, factories, and offices. Choose from 5 days or 6 days duty. Outstanding captains will be promoted to lead teams/projects, and even join the operation team.

The main duties of a bus captain are as follows:

· Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations

· Follow a planned route according to a time schedule

· Ensure that the trips stay on schedule

· Ensure the safety of passengers both onboard the bus and when alighting

· Obey traffic laws

· Follow procedures to ensure passenger safety

· Keep passengers safe

· Perform basic maintenance (check the bus tires, lights, and oil)

· Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public

· Report all incidences and traffic disruptions to HQ

· May be required to work on Sat/Sun/PH, depending on your allocated trips and your desired income levels

Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday – Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week. (11am - 8pm/ 12pm - 9pm)
Location: Newton/ Chinatown

Contract: yearly renewable based on business needs and individual performance

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Atleast A levels or Diploma

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
