Intermediate Work (Middle Management Duties)

• Able to plan daily/monthly sales target to meet HQ budget, regular follow up and update on sales performance with outlet in-charge.
• Able to provide cost saving measurement for his/her area in-charge. Good understanding and knowledge on his/her outlet's past and present fast and slow moving items.
• Able to interview staff in a professional manner and recommend for hiring. Retension rate for his/her area above than company's average.
• Effectively manage and control Over-Time and Part-Time hour for his/her assigned outlet. Manage Labour cost within HQ budget.
• Able to manage outlet schedule independently, re-deploy staff effectively and fast. Able to shift in (Cover shift) if needed.
• Ensure outlet and staffs compliance with authorities regulation ( SFA licensing ) and abide to company's SOP, regulation and code of conduct.

Training Management

• Able to provide training ,coaching and evaluation for the progress and performance for Manager / Supervisor / Staff .
• Constantly giving ideas to upgrade and execute SOP and Operation issues when needed.
• A good role model and show management by example for fellow colleagues.
