Responsibilities:

● Making & receiving customer inquiry calls

● Handling customer complaints

● Collecting & analysing customer feedback

● Responding to customer reviews

● Support software training & software installation with customer

● Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies

● Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers

● Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim

● Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help

reduce accident cases

● Data analytics for software & product accuracy

● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project

● Observe & monitor for server performance

● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer

Job Scope:

• Manage customer emails and calls to coordinate and arrange delivery orders efficiently.
• Exhibit strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding with emotional intelligence to clients' needs.
• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Record customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in the database after each interaction for verification and training purposes.
• Follow up promptly on customer interactions via email to ensure satisfaction and continuity.
• Maintain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) records and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
• Foster a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• A Polytechnic Diploma or BA degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Previous experience in Customer Support or Call Centre roles is highly preferred.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities with the skill to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• A distinctive personality and a great sense of humor will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in the retail front office operations.
• Handle incoming enquiries and requests from residential customers.
• Engage in daily operations, actively contributing to problem resolution and providing customer service support.
• Explain invoices, address account-related queries, and manage retail contracts effectively.
• Able to understand and explain well on the company’s price plans and services.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring a positive interaction.
• Demonstrating empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
• Recording customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s system.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, code of conduct, and compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Safeguard customer confidentiality and privacy throughout all interactions.
• Participate in system / process enhancement projects to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Preferably holding a degree or diploma.
• Some prior experience in customer service is desirable.
