About You

You will report to Service Engineer and be part of the service team. You are responsible to provide technical support for servicing, maintaining and repairing of elevators and/ or escalators as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair the elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement in accordance to local code of practice
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites

Requirement

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation/ Engineering or relevant disciplines
• A valid CoC Certification

This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers
• Problem Management, including chairing any problem meetings, managing active problems, highlighting new problems.

• Site daily operations, routine/ad-hoc maintenance and service work for industrial water treatment systems in semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
• Conduct routine equipment inspection, performance checking/review, data collection, repair and trouble-shooting of industrial pure water and wastewater systems.
