As the Engineering Manager for the team, you will partner with internal teams and external partners to expand Coinbase's portfolio of fiat onramps and offramps in strategic markets. • Ensuring compliance with Web3-related regulatory requirements, including those related to decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and blockchain-based financial reporting standards.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

• 5 - 7 years’ experience in the same capacity, CPA/CA qualified
• Proficiency in Xero, Quickbooks, and other financial software
• Strong conceptual and problem solving skills with analytical thinking
• Attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Excellent report writing and communication skills

As a bonus, you would have:

• An interest in Games and Software-as-a-Service business models
