Responding to WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook & TikTok messages
Selling and closing sales from the above channels
Ensuring customer satisfaction during their interactions with us
Once foundations are set, you will be expected to maintain a CRM software and periodically check in with our clients to keep retention rates high
This job will mostly include being on your laptop/phone for long periods. However, take note that this is NOT a work-from-home role.
