Job Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of sales representatives.
• Plan and execute sales penetration and promotion campaigns.
• Train sales representatives on sales techniques and accompany new representatives on sales calls to mentor them, particularly in pharmaceutical products.
• Supervise medical representatives in the field to develop and improve selling skills.
• Analyse market situations to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to facilitate the implementation of marketing plans.
• Ensure team budgets and goals are achieved through effective motivation and coaching.

Job Requirements:

The Role

Senior Sales - IT Infrastructure and Solution will be responsible for the Sales Target planning, Revenue and billing management, Cash Collection, Profit targets, Delivery and Sales cycle management of large of IT Services Solutions and Projects. Additional Responsibilities
