We are seeking a Highly Motivated Freight Specialist with experience in the logistics and shipping industry.

Basic Information

1. Monday to Friday, Work Week.

Job Summary

• Proficient to handle both import & export full set documentation.
• Create shipping marking, bills of lading, and other documentation.
• Collaborating with our carriers, coloaders, and external team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and build lasting customer relationships.
• Communicating proactively with customers to keep them informed about their orders and any potential issues.
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding shipping orders, tracking information, delivery status, and product inquiries.

· Cashiering duties;

· Guide residents to make S&CC payment on e-platforms;

· Attend to residents on feedback matters as part of the front line customer service team;

· Assist in cases creation in the system;

· Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;

· Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases;

· Assist with Facilities Booking matters;

· House visits;

· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
