What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. You will play a role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of systems to enhance service quality and improve customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, overseeing project progress and gathering feedback.

You will front the Managed Services Operations with the lead from the Service Delivery Manager. Being a Technical Operations Manager requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and project management skills. Responsible for incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize service disruptions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure RFQ is managed properly, work closely with Sales team, co-ordinate other IT teams to complete the RFQ.
2. Work with the Sales team and product team to propose necessary solutions as per RFQ requirements.
3. Handhold sales, solutions and project implementation team once project is awarded and manage escalations.
4. Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality
