Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve cross-functional programmes that enable the recovery of critical IT business functions and systems.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and relevant teams to develop enterprise disaster recovery plans and strategies to meet the business’ RTO and RPO.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery technology setup (on-prem and on cloud).
• Ensure new applications, systems and infrastructure introduced have clear disaster recovery requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with the Event Management team, Business Continuity Programme (BCP) team and IT Leaders during a crisis event to coordinate the disaster recovery responses and recovery.
• Conduct annual disaster recovery exercise to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans and report test results to IT Leaders and BCP team.
• Schedule and coordinate call tree and recovery exercises for all IT systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for disaster recovery procedures
• Work with Data Center department to ensure understanding and alignment of the Operating Center recovery plan.
• Partner with IT Leadership to ensure vendors supporting the business have the appropriate service level recovery standards and agreement in place, which align with BCS’ standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Operations, network, database, systems, servers and applications administration.
• Experienced in designing, implementing and managing IT disaster recovery programme
• Self-starter and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strategic and has a long-term vision for the business
• Results-oriented, possess good planning, organizational and negotiation skills
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across all levels in the organization

Job Responsibilities:

• Registration of patients, queue management.
• Dispensing of medications and collecting payment
• Support doctors in simple procedures and chaperones
• Stocks taking of medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment.
• Basic clinic housekeeping

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N / 'O' level/ NITEC/Diploma in related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
• Ability to organise, plan and implement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
