• At least 3 years of customer service/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to coordinate and track orders, shipments, and deliveries accurately.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to warehouse operations and customer service (e.g., ERP, WMS or SAP systems, Microsoft Office).
• Work location - Pioneer, Singapore.
