Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative cum Admin

(Location : 2 Bukit Batok West Avenue 7, #03-02, Singapore 659003, Nearest MRT : Bukit Gombak)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to our Bowling Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations and maintain facilities within the bowling centre
• Manage Cashier Counter during operational hours and reconcile daily payment balances
• Maintain strong relationships with club members, guests, and the public through exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with established rules of play during bowling leagues and competitions
• Update and maintain bowlers' records and results, including handicaps, league results, competition results, and championship results
• Maintaining stock, equipment, and stationery levels for daily operations
• Handle enquiries, bookings, organisation, and billing for corporate events and submit monthly reports

lst level helpdesk to respond to calls Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback Handle emails as assigned by team leader Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Keeping up with all the email correspondence

· Meet and greet premium guests who check in at Guest Services Lounge for their flight;

· Manage feedback received from guests in person, via call and email;

· Collate compliment / complaint / feedback statistics into monthly reports;

· Perform rotating shift work;

· Assist Operations Team when required;

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

· GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent;

· Minimum 2 yrs of relevant working experience in similar role in customer service;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· Pleasant and outgoing disposition;

· Proficient in MS office & Internet.

Outbound Call Associate

• Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey activities

• Meet and achieve the individual and company’s key performance indicators

• Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes

• Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up to customers over the phone and/or email

• Listen to customers’ needs, probe to redirect to the intent of the question and offer alternative solution

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly

• Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance

• Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry


Special Knowledge or Skills:
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Fluency in a second language
• Computer literate and good typing skills
