What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the company in person, visiting hospitals to show concern and support for injured customers
• Attend funeral services or wakes for fatal cases, as necessary, to demonstrate empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
• Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
• Understand and analyse market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for clients.
• Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow ups.
• Report generation.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
