Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, main responsibilities will be driving programs to drive innovation, foster strong vendor relationships, and elevate the organisation’s procurement strategy.

Your other responsibilities include:

• Design and execute the organization’s procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Implement best-in-class practices and lead high-value strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize efficiency.
• Identifying, evaluating vendors, recommend top-performing partners to strengthen the supply chain.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance with policies, establish and monitor KPIs to measure success, and negotiate competitive costs for supplies and services.
• Manage budgets, track contractor performance, and support audits while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and mentoring the team, as welling as provide expert guidance to meet the needs of business units and foster a culture of excellence.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a degree qualification in a business or equivalent preferred. You must have minimum 10 years of work-related experience in F&B procurementor purchasing is highly advantageous. Demonstrates energy, gravitas and determination in the implementation of projects and initiatives. You should also have good interpersonal skills engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Product Marketing Management Manager for Sleep Health is responsible for delivering market insights, driving the development of compelling messaging and positioning, and leading the go-to-market strategy for product launches and marketing campaigns. This role requires oversight of end-to-end campaign execution, including budget management, strategy alignment, and the creation of marketing materials that reflect the product's positioning and broader marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with a diverse team, motivating the team to generate innovative ideas that drive successful campaigns and increase product revenues.

In addition to core leadership skills, the role demands the acquisition of in-depth product knowledge specific to the sleep health category, ensuring strategies are relevant and targeted.

CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS

Oversee marketing strategies and campaigns

• Implement pricing strategies together with product development team in achieving organisation's objectives and client's satisfaction
• Develop marketing strategies and directions to differentiate in-house products from the market
• Ensure marketing campaigns achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives
• Lead analyses of competitive environment and consumer trends
• Oversee development of marketing materials
• Manage launch processes, product lifecycles, pricing and category roadmaps
• Lead ideation and brainstorming efforts to develop novel ideas for product marketing and/or optimisation to enhance product proposition

Establish marketing budget

• Evaluate budget, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or Return on Investment (ROI) and profit-loss projections of product development
• Track the usage of marketing budget to ensure its effectiveness in maximising budget
• Oversee budget allocation processes for traditional and digital marketing tools and activities

Develop internal and external partnerships

• Identify potential partnerships and vendor relationships for strategic collaborations
• Develop partnerships with product development, operations, sales and digital teams to drive marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are reflected in sales figures
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by responding to client facing teams on their queries and concerns

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Product marketing or Sciences in related fields
2. Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with proven track record in marketing and Go-To-Market planning and implementation in Southeast Asia region.
3. Preferably with experience in healthcare industry dealing with medical products, medical equipment, or consumer healthcare products
4. Good knowledge of utilizing different marketing channels with marketing budget

Training & Development Responsibilities:

Identify, design and facilitate organization-wide training programs for all our local business needs. This includes the development of relevant training contents, collaterals and other training materials that will enhance the skills and competencies of our staff using the most appropriate training platforms available.

Develop and maintain interactive learning solutions using e-learning platforms that to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of staff training reconciling their operational requirements and training needs.

Manage and assess the effectiveness of training and development programs to meet our changing business needs and objectives.

Customized programs aimed at improving the executives & managerial staff core business skills and competencies across functional areas.

Identity and adopt new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and training practices available in the market.

Engage and collaborate with government agencies and training institutions for grants or assistance to support our training needs.

Work with Human Resources to ensure new employees receive high-quality orientation and on-boarding experiences.

Manage and develop key training staff in the execution of their training roles/duties.

Sustainability Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and review company ESG framework, goals, strategies, in consultation with senior management and stakeholders.

Establish policies, standards and guidelines pertinent to sustainability that are aligned with company’s long-term sustainability plan of achieving Sg Green Plan.

Work with various departments to incorporate sustainability practices and set the ESG goals.

Keep up to date with trends and industry best practices in sustainability.

Monitor and evaluate ESG events, projects and processes to seek improvements in environmental impact regulation compliance.

Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting, including creating dashboards, data collection, data analysis etc.

Manage and track corporate sustainability goals and metrics, analyze data and produce regular reports, accordance to internationally-recognized ESG reporting standards.

Responsible for sustainability reporting by providing relevant write-ups and data for submission to senior management, parent company and related government agencies.

Create clear, engaging contents on group ESG initiatives, practices and requirements for sharing with company employees, partners, clients and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirement

Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Business or any other related field.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in training and development capacity, preferably working as a senior position in a medium to large size company.

He/she must be proficient, at least, in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging training materials and reports for senior training and development management and key stakeholders.

Possesses analytical skills to identify performance improvement opportunities and gaps, conduct analyses, and develop solutions that will deliver the desired results through training programs.

Credentials and training in sustainability and ESG areas would be an advantage
