Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Carrying out sales calls/ sales visits.
• Visiting potential customers/ preparing quotations and proposals.
• Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports.
• Gathering market and customer information on current and future trends.
• Handling day to day customer enquiries, order takings, in-house system data entry.
• Providing consistent interaction with clients to create and maintain customer relations.
• Actively promote the company's services and participate in sales activities.
• Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
• Data analysis & tracking.
• Supporting periodic KPI reports.
• Working closely with operations to ensure timely completion of services.
• Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
• Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, analytical and able to perform with minimal supervision
• Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
• Cheerful and pleasant disposition
• Able to travel overseas
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)

Job Descriptions:

- Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities

- Manage job file creation, costing, and other data entries

- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders

- Handle and resolving disputes with client/agent

- Ensure proper and timely billing/closing of all job files

Qualifications and Requirements:

- No experience in the related field is required

You will be working in the front line providing quality service to customers, handling their transactions and responding to their queries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Attend to customers’ requirements, feedback and complaints in an efficient and service-oriented manner via front desk service, phone and internet enquiries
• Effectively explaining company policies and services to customers
• Handle day-to-day operational duties of the school, which includes but are not limited to fees transactions
• Perform basic accounting and reporting duties
• Perform general administrative duties
• Perform the above duties as part of the customer service team

Requisites

• Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
• Highly responsible, organized and able to multi-task and work independently
• Preferred applicant with diploma in customer service but any diploma holder may apply
• Fresh graduates may apply but customer service experience will be an added advantage

• MUST work weekday evenings
• MUST work shift and weekends (BOTH Saturdays and Sundays)
• Actual monthly remuneration will depend on the actual designation and background of applicant

• Tracking the loading status of all vessels.
• Manage the CBF/Booking Forecast Table and update the load balance figures daily.
• Make sure all necessary documents and Portnet creation are completed prior to the vessel's closing time, along with sending the final forecast and special container list to the Partner/V0.
• Enter and upload booking and loading data into the internal system.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide rate quotations, and while building strong relationships.
• Work closely with Sales and Trade departments to optimize revenue.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Shipping Industry or similar role
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, as this role involves liaising with Chinese counterparts

Processing bill of ladings, commercial invoice, packing list and other shipping related documents. Declare tradenet permits, liaising with customers, shipping companies, local vendors and overseas counterparty. Manage entire end to end shipment arrangement.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Coordination: Engage with clients to address inquiries related to shipments and deliveries, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Customer Support: Offer immediate and courteous responses to all customer requests or issues
• Order Processing: Accurately and swiftly input all job orders into the system.
• Instruction Generation: Create clear job instructions for the operations team based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Operations Planning: Strategically plan operations, such as container trucking for import and export shipments, taking into account the complexity of the cargo, and arrange for special equipment like cranes when needed.
• Vessel Monitoring: Keep a close watch on vessel details through PortNet, updating information as needed.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to meet their requirements effectively.
• Communication: Promptly respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
• Documentation: Prepare job sheets for the creation of customer invoices.
• Knowledge of Import, Export, Haulier Processes and procedures

Job Requirements

• Customer Service Passion: A friendly demeanor and positive attitude, with prior experience in logistics customer service preferred.
• Educational Background: A diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of professional experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manners, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
