Position Overview:

The Operations & Commercial Effectiveness Senior Manager will report directly to the General Manager of Asia Pacific to execute sales strategies that deliver results aligned with the commercial plan and manage operations and channel management. • Execute key channel/operations projects like the Korea J&J model
• Collaborate with Aachen/US counterparts to implement a long-term APAC supply and operations process
• Provide relevant analytics to the commercial team to guide strategic commercial plan

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in related field or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of high-performance experience in the medical device cardiovascular space
• 5+ years of management experience of a field commercial team preferably within Abiomed
