The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling public-facing hotline inquiries, providing first-call resolution, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves interacting with users via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chatbot responses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hotline Support:Respond to incoming calls from the public-facing hotline.
   Provide first-call resolution by advising users on issues and troubleshooting problems.
   
2. Coordination and Escalation:Liaise with other support or product teams as required to resolve user requests and issues promptly.
   Ensure all incidents are properly documented, tracked, escalated, notified, and followed up.
   
3. Outbound Communication:Perform outbound calls to users who request callbacks to address their concerns.
   
4. Email and Chatbot Management:Handle emails assigned by the team leader.
   Respond to user queries via chatbot communication effectively and professionally.
   
5. General Duties:Manage stress while handling calls from the public and addressing diverse issues.
   Adhere to established support procedures and protocols.

• Handle day to day customer order enquiries, order-taking, processing, verification, amendments and cancellation through multiple channels (hotline, email, social media)
• Create and maintain customer database
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and suggestions to enhance customers’ experience
• Communicate across departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled
• Follow up on outstanding orders and perform call back to customers if necessary
• Provide timely service recovery to resolve problems or issues and escalate if necessary
• Collect data and feedback from customers and close the customer feedback loop
• Work as a team to achieve set targets for sales and ensure that the call centre service quality level is met
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

• Follow up on offline leads and ensure timely responses.

Administrative Support

• Update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and deliveries.
• Maintain and update the Google Calendar of Events to support team activities.

Qualifications:
