As a Client Service Executive, you will provide strong administrative support to our clients and advisers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

• Champion clients’ enquiries in a professional, trustworthy and timely manner
• Provide one-stop service in relation to client onboarding, account opening, servicing requests, client details updates, transfers of client folders etc
• Manage the renewal of Accredited Investors status for clients
• Provide logistical support in client events and client delight initiatives
• Collaborate with Client Advisers and team members in service delivery and resolution
• Participate in any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Has a Diploma with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the financial services or insurance industry

Responsibilities:To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries.
Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and
reports to operation manager if and when necessary.
You are also responsible to resolve minor issues of a non-technical nature and
to report major issues to operation manager for a solution.
Compile an updated file for pricing from local and overseas vendors for submission to the operation on a monthly basis.
Essential Functions:Responsible for day-to-day sales operation including preparing of sales enquiries up to execution of order.
Good filing system in hard and soft copies for all enquiries up to completion of order.
Preparation of enquiries from cost sheet to recommendation for purchase of project enquiries.
To identify new supply source to add to company’s supplier’s database.
Ad-hoc data entry.

Job responsibilities

• To be responsible for the preparation of report required by principal and internal stakeholders

• Be responsible on minutes taking and timely submission.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on related matters (e.g. Finance, Human Resource Department, etc.)

• To be in-charge of ensuring documents are being submitted timely with compliance to principal and company guidelines.

• Taking ownership of tracking Work in Progress status, follow up and update status to HOD.

• Preparation of the WIP summary for monthly meeting.

• To be familiar with warranty processes and ensure company adhere to warranty policies and guidelines,

• Ensure all repair orders and invoices are kept in order.

• Any other duties or tasks that are assign by Service Manager whenever needed.

Job requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘A’ Level/ Diploma

• 3 years’ experience in relevant industry

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or relevant
• 2-3 years experience in testing and commissioning of electronics securities systems
• Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend/take corrective actions
• To complete all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specification
• Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
• Attend and carry out rectification works at site
• Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
• Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
• Provide support to projects during DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover
