• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Customer Service and Order Fulfilment/Order Management experiences
• Direct Team leadership experience is mandatory for this role

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders
