· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed

· Minimum GCE O-Level or ITE qualifications

· Minimum 3 years managerial experience in F&B or relevant experience

· Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team

· With F&B experience is an asset but not essential

· Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player

· Provide friendly and professional service to customers

· Able to multi-task, adapt to fast paced environment and work under pressure

· Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays

· Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate

As a Premier Banking Relationship Manager, your roles & responsibilities will include:

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers, develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree and possess CMFAS certifications (RES1A/RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia speaking customers to effectively communicate with offshore clients.
• You exhibit strong interpersonal, communication skills and good at tele-consulting.

Job Description

Trade Transactions

• Maintaining relationship with Branch Corporate Banking Customers for all their Trade finance and Transaction banking requirements
• Increasing wallet share of the business from existing clients and sourcing new clients in line with the bank’s strategy
• Raising approvals as per Branch Trade Procedures for all Trade Transactions
• Raising Commodity / Product / Deviations approvals as needed.
• Resolve queries from all internal processing teams (Trade Services Unit / Central Operations / Compliance/ Branch Operations)
• Be responsible for End to End Transaction delivery

Short Term Loan, Working Capital Demand Loan, Remittances

• Raising all relevant approvals for STL / WCDL / Remittances as per Process
• Resolve queries from all internal processing teams (Trade Services Unit / Central Operations / Compliance/ Branch Operations)

Bank Onboarding / Legacy Alerts Closure

• Follow up with Financial Institution Group/ International Financial Institution Group for documents or approvals with respect to bank onboarding/ legacy alerts
• Liaise with Compliance, Central Operations and other internal teams
• Raise mail/ memo approvals for onboarding/ re-onboarding/ legacy alerts closure

Others

• Process Improvement- Review of Correspondent Banking, Trade Procedures and other PAC Notes
• Resolve queries with respect to Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking and Trade Online Platforms

Requirements

• Relevant banking experience of 4+ years
• Understanding of trade finance domain and related concepts, trade procedures, STL and WCDL
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY:

The Tax Manager will be responsible for reviewing tax filings on the assigned portfolios, personal and corporate income tax, to meet the statutory deadline, assisting in ad-hoc advisory projects, monitoring the completion of tax admin status report by the team and preparing management reports for managers weekly meeting, drives the completion of the tax package and provide the required guidance to the associates/seniors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Tax advisory: Providing guidance on tax-efficient strategies for business operations, investments, and financial transactions.
• Tax compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, encompassing corporate tax, personal tax and withholding tax
• Tax audit management: Coordinating and resolving tax audits and examinations with tax authorities.
• Tax research and analysis: Staying up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, analyzing their impact on the organization, and recommending changes to tax strategies.
• Team management: Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and oversight on tax-related matters.
• Revenue monitoring and reporting: Monitoring the work progress (tax admin) status for purpose of revenue monitoring, preparing weekly report for manager’s meeting and monthly revenue forecasting
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating tax-related risks and exposures.
  Collaboration with internal and external business partners: Working with accountants, and attorneys on clients' tax-related matters.
• Tax policy and procedure development: Developing and maintaining tax policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Special projects: Assisting with special tax projects, such as tax restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planning, GST related issues.

Requirements:

• You possessed a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA
