This is the perfect job for someone who:
Solid understanding and experience in digital marketing
5+ years experience in a client facing customer success role, preferably in a SaaS company with planning and execution capabilities
5+ years experience in an analytical/consultative role in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, media planning).
Solid relationship-building skills – the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers in the Greater China Region as well as internal stakeholders
Analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to quickly discover, digest, and identify solutions to problems.

Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units, service and/or merchandise
Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain timely and accurate records
