Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 1 year of proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

• Customer service: Addressing customer issues, providing solutions and appointment arrangement.
• Communication: Responding to customer inquiries by phone or sms
• Record keeping: Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up: Following up with customers on unresolved issues
• Process improvement: Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Order processing: Leading order processing and order fulfillment
• Coordination: Ensuring proper coordination of all level of departments
• Filing: Maintaining a proper filing system of all documents

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, understand their needs and attend to their queries
• Handle and resolve customers’ feedbacks and concerns
• Ensure a wonderful salon experience for our customers to increase customer retention
• Handling phone enquiries with etiquette
• Serving light refreshments to customers and attending to their needs
• Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve operations and enhance customer experience
• Comply with data protection regulation and organizational security procedures for customer registration and credit and cash transactions

• Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous

Job Description

• Responsible for being the overall in charge of the customer service team
• In charge of ensuring accountability and integrity operational readiness of the team
• In charge of developing the team to achieve excellent service level, productivity and efficiency
• In charge of ensuring compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards
• In charge of ensuring staff are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibility to the required standards
• Responsible in developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the team’s operation is effectively maintained to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Taking charge of constantly reviewing and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve labor turnover and efficient operation.
• Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues.
• Responsible in preparing the reports & present recommendations to external stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 1 Years of working experience in being a team lead
