• Managing and maintaining the POS software systems
• Supervise execution of all delivery orders
• To assist the Events team with the operations and project management of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate Events

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hospitality experience in leading and managing a team of restaurant professionals

Job Opportunity: Contract Customer Service Agent

• Location: Tuas
• Duration: 6 months + 0.5-month completion bonus
• Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 base

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process customer orders and handle inquiries via email, fax, or phone.
2. Follow up with business units for fixed/ad-hoc billing and generate monthly reports.
3. Coordinate with customers and sales teams on sales order statuses.
4. Work with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Manage export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
6. Prepare shipping documents for local and export shipments.
7. Investigate internal and external complaints, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
8. Verify hazardous substance licenses for customers, ensuring compliance with NEA and SPF regulations.
9. Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
