Job Scope

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log
• Track the complaint & close the complaint once actions are completed
• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling
• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints
• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision
• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier
• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification
• Possess knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage
• Possess experience in SAP system will be more advantageous

Job Purpose

Part of Customer Service team responsible for handling all types of Ownership & Nomination transactions including policy assignment, beneficiary nomination, vesting, and delivering them within service standards and ensuring compliance with the respective regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications for absolute and collateral assignment, beneficiary nomination and vesting within service, compliance and regulatory standards.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects.
• Review and provide continuous improvement to the section’s processes.
• Assist to document changes in workflows for the section.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
