RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. • Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance

Team and Operations Oversight:

Requirements:

• Account Servicing: Obtain design requirements, present design proposal, prepare costing and quotation, negotiate and close contract.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
• Manage project Processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, to final closing.
• Manage full Scope of commercial interior design & construction projects, including architectural, M&E, and submission works.

• Manage Cost and budget, including reviewing contractor contracts, and controlling expenses.
• Maintain Quality, including conducting factory checks, job site housekeeping, and adhering to safety standards.

• Attend regular site meetings – QAQC, Landscape Coordination Meeting and Client Meeting.
• Attend off-site inspection – Precast and Structural Steel Works (Malaysia and Singapore Factory)
• Follow the developer’s Quality Inspectors (QI) and Customer Service Officers (CSO) for inspection prior to unit handover to owners.
• Attend to unit owner’s defects during Defect Liability Period.
• In-charge of the handover of the common areas to management team.
